Canadian AWAD Archery Team to compete at 4th European Invitational Archery Grand Prix
Canada’s 2008 Paralympians will attend a major European tournament for archers with a disability next month in historic Stoke-Mandeville, GBR.
Kevin Evans, the current IPC World Champion (AR Compound Open) from Jaffray, BC will be joined by fellow team mates Norbert Murphy (ARW1) from Montréal, QC and Lyne Tremblay (ARW2) from Magog, QC. These three archers are preparing for the Beijing Games in September.
Accompanying them is team leader Arthur Nault (Brossard, QC) who is also FCA’s national AWAD programme co-ordinator. The team leaves Canada on July 11th.
