BRUCE SCOTT CHALLENGE

Is any club going to step up and host the BSC this year. It would be a true tragity to loose such a shoot.

yes Pointy its a real shame that such a pretigious shoot as this should go the way of the dinosaur. When the shoot was a 2 day 2 weekend event it would attract well over 80 archers each time. The price of rental increased and cut it to one weekend then the gloss lost its sheen and then the archers stopped entering to the point of it not being able to break even. When I started shooting 3D, the clubs were healthy and Bans shoots attracted 130 archers there are quite a few clubs not around at this stage. I know of 6 clubs that are now defunct. I , like you hope that some club picks up the shoot. John.
