3D Provincials 2013 At LRGC

Archers Association of Nova Scotia 3D provincial Format for 2013
60 targets over 2 Days July 20/21
Day one
-Registration from 8:00 to 9:00
-Start 9:15 morning round (15 Targets)
-pot luck lunch
-start afternoon round 1:00 (15 Targets)
-grand prix for top shooters " Heckling at Archers is encouraged"
Day two
-Registration from 8:00 to 9:00
-Start 9:15 morning round(15 Targets)
-pot luck lunch
-start afternoon round 1:00 (15 Targets)
-AANS 3d Target Draw
-Closing Awards
The Lunenburg Rod & Gun Club would like to invite all Archers to come out and participate in this year’s 3D provincial. We will have lots of people on hand to help archers with registration. Check back here for lots of information to come!!!

LRGC is very easy find, just follow:
From Highway 103 Take Exit 11 - Go Thru Blockhouse To Lunenburg 10.1 km(will be a sign to follow) - Turn Right on HWY 332 going towards Riverport For 6.6 kms(will be a sign to follow)Turn Right On Indian Path Road For 1.1 kms(will be a sign to follow) - Turn Left on Fish Peddler Road until you come to our club

The best room rate I could get would be from the (1) Wheelhouse in Lunenburg 31 Knickle Road. They have agreed to hold the off season rate for the Archers. A room with two double beds would cost $92.00 +tx. They have a restaurant and would open up an hour early on Sunday morning to give people time for breakfast. (2) Another very good place to stay is The Homeport Motel http://www.homeportmotel.com/ they have very good rates as well. A room there would be $110.00 + tx.
Both of the motels are right in the town of Lunenburg and only 7km away from the shoot. Please let them know that you are here for the Archery Provincial shoot and book as early as you can because these smaller motels fill up fast in Lunenburg in the summer. Also, if things do fill up in Lunenburg archers can stay In Bridgewater. Comfort INN 1-800-228-5150, Days INN 1-800-225-3297. Unfortunately they would not give me a better rate unless I could guarantee them 10 rooms.

The Day Inn and Convention Centre just dropped their price for a room with two queen size beds. They will offer archers our group rate of $95.99 + tax. This also will include a free hot breakfast which consists of scrambled eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, homefries, toast, choice of tea, coffee or juice. If any of your group make reservations, please ask them to request the rate for LRGC.

The pricing for the two day shoot will be as follows: $25.00 for both days and $15.00 for just one day. Youth (18 and under) pricing is $15 for both days and $10 for one. Children (under 12) shoot for free. There will also be lunch served on both days for $5.00.
