Need some help here.
I was asked by a well established gun club to look into starting an archery division. I see we will need to fulfill a few requirements to have a successful application. Does anyone know what would be considered a range safety officer? I know the gun club has lots of certified NFA range safety officer. Would/ could one of them be used on the application. Also we have asked a 3-D Local Judge if he would be an honorary member until one of us could take the judge course. Would this be allowed? How many actual archers are need before we can apply?
