I'm visiting from Manitoba and bought my gear. If I shoot in the 3D indoor provincials on 22 Feb and present my FCA/ABAM number can I shoot in other than "Guest" class?
The quick answer is that AANS got rid of the guest class a few years ago. You will get a Pinegrove medal, but I'm checking on whether or not you can get the AANS medal.
I sent Rick Comeau an e-mail and left a message for Lindsay (his 'puter crashed a couple of days ago) . I'll have an answer for you tonight.
Thanks John. I'm not worried about the medal thing. The last thing I want is to take something away from a Nova Scotia Archer. I would like to shoot in the same division as I always shoot in though so that i can guage my scores against others of the same calibre.
Gary, being a member of the FCA you can shoot without any problems in Nova Scotia. You, as John mentioned, would not receive any AANS medals but you would receive a Bridgewater club medal if you were to be one of the top three archers in your division.
By the way welcome back even if it's only for a short visit.
