Bruce Scott Challenge - 2008 - September 20, St Mary's

Since no one has stepped up to host this event this year, after discussing with the AANS Presient and the Club, St Mary's would be proud to host the Bruce Scott Challenge as a one day event on September 20, realising there is a shoot on the 21 as well.

Bruce and his wife have put a lot of themselves into archery in this province and this event should continue yearly for agood long time.

If any one can remember who won the Compound Trophy at last year's Bruce Scott Shoot, please let me know. I have access to the Trad Trophy.

The Compound Trophy was found and we had beautiful weather. Everything added up for a great day

15 people showed up and from what I have been told - all had a really good time !! We had 4 folks from Cape Breaton - It was so good to see the familiar faces !!

The compound Trophy was won by Everette Joe of St Mary's and the Trad Trophy was won by Joe Cooke of Breton Traditional ARchers.

Thanks to all that turned out - it was a lot of fun !!
